Anyone tried this game? It's a really fun game, and it now has open beta.

To sign up go to www.exteel.com and download the client. Once your in the middle of the download go to exteel.com and sign up for the exteel game account, sign in using your plaync username and password and then make an exteel account. Once the download is done log in using the info for your exteel account and do the tutorial. The tutorial is basic, and tells you how to play the basics of the game.

It's a robotic F2P PvP game. You go in multiplayer and fight other robots with swords/guns/shields/ext.

No clue when the open beta is ending but it's open now, so go download and try it out. The download is about 500mb, and it installs the plaync launcher and exteel.

There are different ranks and levels you can get. Right now I believe the highest level is 24. But, they may raise it, no clue.

Anyone play this? If so post some comments about it or something.

Meh, not my type of game.

Weird thing is, it reminds me of the Transformers movie, which kicked butt. This looks quite bad though

I played the closed beta like 6 months ago. It was a ton of fun. Has nice graphics. The game has in game commands which allow you to call for assistance as well as other things. Oh and the keyboard and mouse are both usable for this game. None of that constant mouse only crap to get you around. In the game you're given the choice of creating your own game, choose your own map, level of robot AI, and decide who can play and what level of players to allow. Or joining a game already in progress. If you feel like it, they give the leader who started the game the ability to kick anyone prior to starting the game. You can play vs AI robots or other people. There's also death match (every man for himself) and team death match (you decide who's team to be on even in mid game). Most amount of players in each game is 8-10 if I recall. There is a time limit on everything. so you have to get in as many kills and capture as many enemy bases as possible before time runs out. l

At the end you're rewarded with money as well as leveling up. Everyone gets something of course. Though people who come in first, second or third, always get the most money. You can buy armors and weapons with the money or even dye (yes you can dye your robot suit kewl i know). New maps also become available the more you level up. It got boring unfortunately as less and less people played. Don't know how it is now. Worth playing if you like robots and pvp. Not much of a storyline really. lol
